Rural Retreat - Narrabeen


Whether you are looking for an overnight stop while travelling between Sydney and Melbourne or a holiday/weekend getaway destination, we have something we would like to share with you.

Peter and Barbara Joseph’s property “Narrabeen” is located 10km south of Bombala, 504km south west of Sydney and is situated in the visually stunning South East corner of NSW, two hours south of Canberra.

The Bombala region is nestled between the snow fields and NSW Far South Coast, a unique rural area in the tranquil Southern Monaro. Magnificent views, cosy farm stay accommodation, set on a genuine working farm with cattle, sheep and horses.
Country attractions include fishing, canoeing, bushwalking and swimming, or if it’s a rest you’re after, simply relax on the generous size veranda in the peace and serenity of the country.

The farmhouse is self contained, recently renovated and has ample space consisting of a kitchen, four bedrooms, lounge, sunroom, bathroom and outside entertaining area. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The property consists of rich rural farmland surrounded by gorgeous natural vistas of farmland, mountain ranges and a river for your fishing enjoyment, which boasts some of the country’s finest trout.

Coastal Retreat – Coralyn

If it is a coastal retreat you desire, then Peter and Barbara Joseph’s three bedroom townhouse at “Coralyn” is the place for you. Boasting superb water views, Coralyn is situated close to all amenities that Merimbula has to offer.
Located between Tathra and Pambula on the coast, Merimbula is the holiday destination of the Sapphire Coast, and welcomes many thousands of tourists throughout the year.

Entertainment is no problem in Merimbula, with plenty to do for all ages. For the kids there is the Magic Mountain complex with activities such as waterslides, a mountain slide, a roller coaster, forest maze, pools, a playground, and picnic areas. Adults are also well catered for with a number of licensed clubs being a good way to spend the day or night relaxing. Other popular destinations include the aquarium, a family leisure farm, winery and lake, river or sea cruises.

Despite all the entertainment that is available, Merimbula is most famous for its beaches. There are many beaches to be enjoyed, with gentle beaches suitable for small children found around the lake foreshores, and great surfing beaches outside the lake areas. They offer a variety of waves for board and body surfers. Just about any water sport you could desire is available around Merimbula, and fishing fans are also well catered for with boat hire, ramps and other facilities.

The townhouse itself has been totally refurbished and is a beautiful three bedroom with stunning water views, located close to shops, clubs and restaurants. It has a main bedroom with ensuite, a second bathroom with a spa, and a double lock up garage with internal access. The three bedrooms consist of two upstairs, with one having a queen size bed and the other bedroom having two king sized single beds. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and linen is supplied. The townhouse is also fully air conditioned with a TV (with SKY Channel of course), video, DVD, washing machine and dryer. There are also communal electric BBQ’s available.
